Ingredients

Oats: 50g of certified gluten-free rolled oats (for structure).

Liquid: 200ml of coconut or cashew milk (for creaminess).

Ube: 1 teaspoon of Royal Ube Powder (for depth and color).

Link: 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter - Go Nuts Extra Crunchy (no added sugar).

Toppings: A pinch of sea salt and a few cocoa nibs or coconut flakes.
Method
- In a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the oats and plant-based milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the Royal Ube Powder. Stir slowly. Watch the mixture change from creamy white to a deep, soothing purple.
- Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the consistency is velvety. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- Pour into your favorite ceramic bowl. Place a generous spoonful of peanut butter in the center.
Tasting Note
Don't mix everything right away. Let the peanut butter melt gently from the heat of the ube. Savor each spoonful as an intention.
