Peanut Butter — Crunchy preferred

• Purpelita Royal Ube Powder

White Chocolate — As natural as possible

The Method

1. Mix the peanut butter and Purpelita Royal Ube Powder with 80-degree hot water until you get a dense purple paste.

2. Open the date, remove the pit, and place a dollop of ube cream inside.

3. Melt the white chocolate. Simply dip the tip of the date or draw a thin, neat line on top.

4. A single flake of sea salt. That's all. And it's majestically good.
