Ube, Peanut & White Chocolate Stuffed Dates

 

 


 

Four ingredients. A radical contrast. A pure aesthetic.

Here, our recipes are mostly made of simple, raw ingredients, no frills.

 

The Necessary Ingredients:

• Medjool Dates (Plump)

• Peanut Butter — Crunchy preferred

• Purpelita Royal Ube Powder

• White Chocolate — As natural as possible

The Method

1. Mix the peanut butter and Purpelita Royal Ube Powder with 80-degree hot water until you get a dense purple paste.

2. Open the date, remove the pit, and place a dollop of ube cream inside.

3. Melt the white chocolate. Simply dip the tip of the date or draw a thin, neat line on top.

4. A single flake of sea salt. That's all. And it's majestically good.

 

The secret to the result: Don't strive for perfect coating. And enjoy this healthy snack full of good nutrients for your body and mind.
